And it isn't that you're broken.

The truth is that Menopause and Perimenopause are chaotic.

Moods go up and down like a toilet seat

Flashes of anger can leave you feeling hot and uncomfortable and edgy.

And then the aftermath of wondering who you are, and if you’re going crazy, makes you want to scream in a pillow. And then you want to hide your face in the same pillow, at the same time

But here's the truth.

You’re normal

So put the swords down, and let me tell you a story about 2 best friends.

Emily and Pepper met before they were born.

Emily was the firecraker, the one who loved lipstick at the age of 13 and loved dancing. She was energetic, passionate and loved her friend Pepper. She couldn’t go anywhere without her best friend.

Pepper was the sweet, gentle one. The one who everyone turned to to talk, and sit pondering life and wearing cozy slippers and sweaters.

One day Pepper started showing up less...

And Emily missed her calm presence and comfort.

Emily noticed that she was worrying more when Pepper wasn’t around, getting stuck in her head. Emily became moody and angry when she didn’t have Pepper around . She suddenly started waking up in the middle of the night, feeling sweaty and missing her deep sleep, and her friend Emily.

Then suddenly, Pepper showed up again -

And she told Emily that the school yard bully Cortland, was why Pepper wasn’t around as much. Cortland had been stealing her lunch money so sweet, calm Pepper had stayed away.

So what does this have to do with your 40+ body and changing hormones?

What does it have to do with feeling like you need a plan to get out of the chaos?

Everything.

Because Emily is Estrogen, Pepper is Progesterone and Cortland is Cortisol. They’re the hormones playing in your body, creating the chaos you’re feeling.

You don’t need another plan, because how you’re feeling is normal

It’s natural

Your only job right now is to face the truth.

Because you’re moving into a new phase of life.

And you need to help Emily and Pepper handle the school yard bully Cortland.

And this new phase of life is made more complicated by all the new science and research on the female body.

It’s helping — but it’s confusing at the same time.

The best way to approach it all?

Feel it.

The next time someone gives you advice in a reel, a podcast or to your face – pause.

Pause and ask your body if it’s true – for you.

No pressure
No rules
Simple truth.

Because you don't need another plan...

You need the truth – and it isn’t that you’re broken.

But somewhere along the way, we lost track of how to listen. And that’s the clue.

The clue to unlock what your body needs next.

Not a guru’s opinion.

But what makes you, you.

And that’s what I help women do.
